I have been coming here with my 2019 Jeep since I got it. I went to the dealership one time and never went back. Don and Dieter have always been more than pleasant, accommodating and honest with prices appointments and more. I have gotten every mile check done here, paid fair prices, and not been haggled. I truly will never go to the dealership for work. I just did my 60k check and have an appt to get new tires this fall. If you are on the fence about booking an appt with them. Do it. Wonderful place to get your auto repaired. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. I had a repair ast week, they replaced both tie rods and did a wheel alignment. It was a fair price and was done in one afternoon. They also repaired one of my tires and its rim. Grest business. Will definitely return. I always get the oil changed at the local Hyundai dealer, but next time I will take it to Don at Midas in Crystal Lake
