I had an online coupon for an oil change but didn't need to mention it, Doug searched for a coupon for me automatically and Jennifer was kind and helpful explaining price and services and handling my checkout. Everything I needed taken care of was handled competently, highly recommend!

I used to hate Midas and this experience turned into a whole 360! Jennifer was the BEST! I had a huge issue with Valvoline. From the time they messed it up, to the lack of communication on Valvoline's part for 2 weeks and the fact they did not communicate with Midas nor myself. Jennifer took matters into her hands to assist me & ensure I was taken care of. Not only was she the best but her staff helped me more than I could ever imagine when I had an issue trying to get back/fourth to drop my rental without Valvoline's help. Thank YOU Midas for this amazing experience.
