I setup an appointment on a Thursday at 2:00pm prior to getting my alignment done. Todd was very prompt to greet me when I arrived for my appointment and was attentive when I had questions about tires. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and educated me on the life expectancy of tires, which was about 5-6 years. The waiting area was clean and orderly. It had several seats, water dispenser and coffee K-cups. There was also a mounted TV available to watch to pass the time. It was a pleasure place to wait while getting my service done. There are also many food establishments nearby within walking distance which makes this location ideal. I truly appreciated the excellent service.

What can I say in a comment!! Brittany is always kind & knowledgable & Todd tuned both our Thunderbirds & changing oil in my 2010RangerSport & 2017MustangGT5.0 very willing to work on the T Bird bieng an 88..

I don’t post often but this place is just that good. Great service, great front desk folks, very informative with what might be going on with your car (based on conversations I’ve overheard while waiting for my oil changes). You can get in and out in a short amount of time. Idk what else you could ask for in an automotive service provider. Just go here already.

Great experience, as far as it can be when your car needs work. Good communication, conscientious, thorough, pushed hard to get it right. Will be going back for any future issues.

Great-great job, The manager was very friendly. My repair was done on a timely matter and reasonable price. I would definitely go back and bring my other vehicles to Midas.
