Midas

I've been using this Midas location for quite a few years. I loved the original staff I knew/how the owners ran the shop. It switched hands and was a bit bumpy. I'm not sure if there are new staff or new owners but the last 18 mths, every visit, I've been impressed with the quality of work, care, and confidence I have that they aren't scamming me as a woman/up selling me. I almost always have to sit and wait for car repair/maintenance. I've been super impressed with how their front desk staff handle all kinds of personalities that walk in or call.

These men really care about fixing your car and making sure it’s safe ! Special shout out to Nathan for his hard work on my 2015 Nissan. I just purchased this vehicle and had unexpected issues. Him and his whole team were super busy when I brought it in but were so patient polite and made sure I was taken care of ! Thank you sooo much !

Shawn and Richard were amazing! I dropped off my vehicle and I was taken care with a full new set of tires. Richard explained to me the tire warranty and its benefits- in all my years doing my tires, I hadn’t provided such information! Great and amazing service!

I won’t take my car anywhere else in Indy. The people at this Midas location are always a pleasure to deal with. They provide great service, are transparent about costs, are always honest about what needs to be addressed and what can wait, and accomplish the work very quickly. It’s rare I take my car in for service and it’s not done within a few hours. They handle all my oil changes, regularly scheduled maintenance, and have done brake replacements and exhaust system repairs for me. Couldn’t recommend this location enough. Keep up the great work!

Excellent service! They went above and beyond for me! My car needed a battery asap and they were able to take it in and work on it on the same day. Also, they gave me a ride back to work, which is nearby. My car has been working perfectly since. I will return!
