I went to this Midas location after getting a recommendation from a family member. I've gone there several times since and they always provide great service. They communicate well about exactly what needs to be done and pricing and will send you pictures of any issues as well. They were very polite when I told them that I couldn't get all of the work they suggested done at once due to budget restrictions and remembered me and my vehicle when I came back for the rest of the work. All of my experiences here have been great!

Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Upon scheduling my appointment for an oil change, I must have misheard the gentleman on the phone because I thought I had scheduled it for 2 the same day, but when I arrived I was told it was for 2 the next day. The man helping me took a quick look in the shop and told me he could take care of me right then and there, which I was very thankful for. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of their services.

Had our brakes repaired here. They were honest and upfront and answered all of our questions. Service was quick, we were able to schedule our repair and get our car back all within a few days. Prices were fair, they now have our business for oil changes.

Caleb and his staff were very polite, honest, and professional. The oil change and tire rotation were completed quickly and the price was very reasonable. I requested a brake inspection, which was performed at no additional cost. I received a very thorough text upon completion of the work that included recommendations for any additional service. I was very impressed that no one tried to "up sell" me anything and that I felt genuinely respected as a female customer. Thank you for going above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction!
