I was incredibly impressed with the level of service they provided. Not only did they work efficiently to get my car back on the road quickly, but their customer service was outstanding. They made me feel like a valued customer and went the extra mile to ensure that all my needs were met. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and the priority they gave to my fleet car. I can confidently say that this auto shop is a top choice for anyone looking for fast service and exceptional customer care.

The customer service is amazing! I was able to get my car towed there and get the work that needed to be done within the time frame given. Had one slight issue that was resolved later but overall, customer service was good and them being able to provide details and pictures are very helpful! Thank you all for everything!

I had nail in my Porsche, so I’ve stop by closest to me tire shop. MIDAS “tire shop” damaged my $2500 wheel and all what they offered for me is $100, even this “great deal” was cost me 30 min of negotiation!!! If your employee making mistakes, you have to pay for that, not costumer…unfortunately this is not about Midas

I really appreciate this shop, I wish there was another way to show my gratitude. The customer service isn’t like anything I’ve experienced before. They were super helpful and truly listened to my concerns. I definitely felt like a valued customer and a priority. Horrible service. Changed the breaks when the breaks were perfectly fine. Never called to consult what they were doing. And then told me it was my fault. Wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last mechanic shop On earth.
