If you want to avoid stress BE AWARE. My experience with them has been very successful and overwhelming. I went there back in September for brake work they “order” the parts and after over week they called me to go back to fix the car, when I went there they told me that the parts were wrong and because of that they will do a free restoration until I get the new parts which I was told that was going to arrive beginning of December. They requested me to pay upfront as it was a “special order” which I did. Since beginning of December I’ve calling asking for an update and nobody called me back. Today I called for a refund and I was told that wherever I paid was for what was done back in September and there’s was not part order which I got so surprised. BE AWARE. They send me a receipt that there’s no signature from me for a service that I never authorized. I’m giving 1 start because there’s no option to add none. Worse experience in my life.

I came here because I needed my tire replaced after hitting a nasty pothole and these guys were awesome! I worked with Palmer who was an absolute delight! He was super informative and made sure I understood everything that was being serviced on my car . The technician who worked on my vehicle kept me in the loop of any updates and inspected my car to make sure there wasn’t any further damage. He was also a joy to work with and made sure I was happy with my service ! Overall my experience with this place was 10/10 ! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

Karl Hunter was awesome! We were visiting from Idaho for hockey tournament and had break issues. He called me back first thing and worked with me on getting in. Once in the shop he was honest and fair. 2 hours we were ready to roll to our next hockey game. Highly recommend this shop. Karl’s help was truly appreciated.

I don’t usually leave review but I am very happy with the professionalism and service and honesty that I received today. Had an oil change done and break pads changed. The price was right and the customer service was definitely worth 5 stars. Definitely recommend Midas in Marlborough

Went in for an oil change, the staff there were super nice, quick, and communicative! I knew up front what the cost would be and exactly what was being done to my car. They allowed me to drop my car off and called me when it was ready.
