Midas

First time that I personally had my oil changed with Midas. They were very professional and friendly. Gave me insightful information regarding the vehicle inspection - things that were necessary now (or very soon) and what could wait. I appreciated the way treated me - never once did I feel insulted or talked down to.

I originally stopped by to get air in my tire. Although I was not a paying customer, I was treated the same. I asked if they offered tire rotation, and they provided me with their specials for the service. There were options to set up appointments online, but it required a larger window of time commitment, so I called instead. They were able to find a time that worked for me to come in. For my appointment, I got there about 20 mins early and was prepared to wait my scheduled time. They were able to take me right away. They did the services as scheduled but was able to provide me with some information on other areas needing upcoming servicing. For me, it was appreciated because I would not have thought to get the status on some of those items without something happening to draw attention. I was able to even get an estimate on the wear and tear to help me determine level of importance. I paid for the current service and had a few additional things also taken care of and scheduled for future appointments. Great help and also information given on if I needed to leave my truck and go to work. I appreciated everything and I will be back as scheduled. Thank you. 😊

Completely disreputable. Brought my car in to have my brake lines bled & left with multiple major issues. I told them I didn’t want my car inspected yet they did it anyways. My engine has been leaking coolant all over my driveway which it had NEVER done before & it nearly overheated on the drive home. My AC is busted now, the light has been blinking & I brought my car back in the next day because I wanted to know what they did. They came back telling me I needed a Freon charge & wanted to charge me hundreds for this. I’m guessing they opened the valve to let it leak out so they could make more money. This was never an issue until Midas ”serviced” my car, which was in great condition & well taken care of. I’ve also noticed a squeaky sound coming from my engine when I turn it on. The people I spoke to were completely patronizing & didn’t do anything to try & make the situation better, they only tried to convince me I didn’t know anything about my car & charge me for repairs. I see other people have had similar experiences with Midas & them messing with their cars- so awful & dishonorable. No matter the issue never bring your vehicle here & do not trust them, absolutely horrible experience & customer service.

Stopped into Midas recently to get my suspension redone. Was able to get all of the pieces taken care of quickly, efficiently and friendly. Very clean store with an attentive manager who was able to get my issues resolved within a day. Very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back!

I took my 2003 Camry in because the brake light on the dash came on. They took a quick look and determined there was nothing physically wrong with the brakes, the problem was something with the electronic control system. They have an hourly rate for electronic troubleshooting but there was no pressure to go further, since I didn't think it was worth it yet. I'm a regular customer there and they did not charge me for anything this time 🙂.
