Had a great experience here. Our car had an oil leak Brandon (the manager) fixed everything for a great price. He also discovered our car had another issue that required ordering a part. He called around to different places to help us find a more affordable part. Brandon went the extra mile for us.

The manager and mechanics were so amazing and so helpful and showed me what was wrong on my car and explained it in a way that made sense to me and even broke down the most critical of parts with highlights. They saved my life from catching the almost broken ball joints on my car. 100% going back and recommending them to everyone I know.

The store manager Brandon really helped me out. Honestly the only shop in the niles area that’s even worth going to. They will get you right at the best price. If you have any auto troubles give them your business!

Brandon was extremely helpful getting us in for an emergency repair . Chris was a very seasoned experienced mechanic and was able to determine quickly that the last oil change we had on Friday in TN - the previous mechanics had tightened our electronic warning wire harness which damaged the wires making the warning signals and lights in the dash inoperable and also unable to maintain seal to the oil filter causing all the oil to spray under the hood and all over the under carriage. If we had not caught this in time it could’ve cost us our engine. Chris cleaned it up. Soldered the wires, tighten the cap, topped off the oil and our gauges are working properly and we feel safe to travel home. Very reasonably priced and they offer veteran discount ! This Midas location was exceptional customer service and expertise when we needed it most !
