Great place for your automotive needs! My experience bringing them in a 67 years old Ford pick up was a very good one starting with Andrew and Julie, who are the service writers and the Technicians, who are Ben, Jacob, and Matt. Matt did my service work, after both him and Ben test drove the truck to verify my concerns. I still have the right pull, but working with Ben, Matt, and Jacob, we have a work in progress plan to address that. Stay tuned as I am looking forward to working with them to solve it! And with their help, I am confident we will!

They were prompt, thorough, respectful and honest. Bill sold the ownership but it seems like they are taking over where he left off and still keeping customers happy. We will continue our auto maintenance work there with Midas in Mason City!😀

My husband and I absolutely loved the service and all of the information sent to our phone telling us what was checked and even pictures of the filters. They even gave us a play by play on what is recommended to replace and what will be needing fixed in the near future. Overall Midas is amazing and definitely our only car mechanic.

I had an emergency with my tires about three hours away from home. Was able to go in and get my tires replaced. I'm very thankful that they were able to work me in today because it saved me a whole lot of stress. Their front desk staff are also very knowledgeable of the area and things you can do while you wait for your vehicle.
