Midas

My car and I got into a fight with a 2x4. (Now, I'm not saying who won, but the fact that I'm leaving a review for Midas...) It was about an hour before they closed and I called to see the great folks at Midas could fix the piece of my front bumper that was dragging. The amount of effort the crew there put into reattaching the underside of my bumper was actually awesome. I was all for just cutting the stupid dragging part off, but they drilled and attached things. I have had several repairs done at the South Seneca Midas, and I'm very pleased with the service. The car fixy people are fantastic! Personable, kind, and not condescending. Even tho I know nothing about auto repair, I don't feel like I am being talked down to or screwed over. I drive a 2012 with almost 200k miles, so I'll definitely be back!! Noah and the crew (sorry, I don't know their names!) are trustworthy and skilled. My car might not be in good hands with me behind the wheel, but I know that this crew will get me sorted! PS. Staff of S Seneca Midas- HMU and I'll get yall lunch. You guys rock!

My 8th stop trying to get a tire replaced, took a chance trying them and was pleased with the service, honest communication, knowledge and friendliness. Bonus-they even took time to help a stray dog that had wandered into their shop! Love to see such kindness in the neighborhood, thank you for everything!

My exhaust melted a rubber hose under the car so it wouldn't take gas and would spit it out frequently as well as other issues in the past 2 hours later car was in great shape worked fast friendly staff Noah walked me through whole process fast and easy will continue to come back.

As a busy real estate agent and property manager, having my tire pressure light come on right when I need to get on the highway for an out of town appt is the definition of stressful. I called my regular shop to see if they could get me in an emergency but was told they couldnt fit me in and right then up ahead I seen the Midas sign. I quickly pulled in and called them ready to beg them to fit me it. Didn't have to beg. The manager was so accommodating and had me pull up to the first bay. Less than 15 minutes later I was back on the road with no worries(just needed a little air) and no bill. Yes you read that right. No charge! I can not recommend them enough. Super kind and professional. Thank you S. Seneca Midas. I am beyond appreciative.
