Terrible customer service. I bought a cell phone two months ago (which is obviously under warranty) and it is giving me a series of errors today. I go to the store about three times; First they tell me to go in the afternoon because the technician is not there, the second time they tell me to come back tomorrow because the manager is not there and the third time they tell me to contact Xiaomi because they do not take care of that. How do I contact Xiaomi? I have bought a phone which is under warranty and if it is failing due to a factory problem they should provide a solution. They are smart when it comes to taking the money, but if there is a problem they wash their hands. There is never anything in the store and the treatment received is terrible from the majority. Except for a girl with glasses who is charming.
We went to ask if they could help us looking for a razor and there was no one there except a cashier and a clerk who ignored us, saying, when we asked him if he could help us, that there were 2 more employees who would help us, the which were probably in the warehouse because they were nowhere in the store. When we asked to give us a complaint form, the cashier gave it to us but began to speak in a rude manner that we should put in whatever complaints we wanted and that she couldn't move from the cash register, when at no time had we said such a thing, We just wanted some employee to advise and help us. We left the establishment very dissatisfied.
Do not buy in this store, the guarantee is not trustworthy, I take the computer to be repaired and they do not know where my PC is, so I have been there for 1 month and a half, they always tell me in the peninsula that it will take time, but if they know how to get the 1300 for the PC quickly, they are smart I don't buy there anymore. I file complaints and if they don't respond to my lawyer in 10 days I'll go. Terrible technical service, staff not qualified for this job, it's a shame

But I'm happy with the guy who charged me, he was very polite.
