McU Sports

We were so impressed by the service with McU Sports. We had a group of 19 wanting to ride bikes. We needed to fill in a lot of gaps in our bike lineup. They were quick to answer the call and work WITH us to figure it all out. Incredible service!

A super solid shop for not only bikes but everything outdoor and sports in general it seems! I came in to get a frame warranty after multiple unsuccessful attempts at other shops. These fine folks knew exactly what they were doing and were able to get the frame checked in, perform the warranty process, and get a new frame back in an astonishingly short amount of time. Of course individual mileage may vary but I was very happy with this service! Thanks MCU I'll be back again for one of those cool straw hats in the near future ☀️

Great experience over the years here with ski stuff and mountain bikes. Have always had great, honest work when having my bikes worked on - even got a sweet loaner for a ride I had planned. This is a legacy shop that helps take care of the customer and promote the sport for the Boise area. A must support local shop to keep it around.

I commute on my bike... which means a lot of miles. So when I saw my trusty tires were starting to literally fall apart, I realized it had been way to long since I had my bike serviced. Like 7000 miles too long. I met Rob when I was dropping off and his expertise was evident immediately. He understood how much I loved my bike and that I had been terrible to it and wanted to make it up by getting everything taken care of at once. I just picked up and road for a while and let me tell you, the result is amazing. It is riding better now than it was when I first got it, which I didn't think was possible. I know other techs at the shop worked on it as well as Rob, and they were all so patient and helpful when I had questions. Friendly, knowledgable, and willing to explain simple things that I really should know already. If you need work done on your bike, bring it to McU and know you are getting value in every way.

I stumbled into the store during my lunch and made great connections with the staff and other shoppers. Ray was a great help and offered great advice. I ended up leaving with a brand new board that I'd been eyeing online and I will be going back for boots and bindings. These guys undoubtedly have the best selection of boards, boots and bindings in the valley and they've earned my business.
