McDonald's

i have seriously never been to this mcdonald’s and not had something go wrong. every time i go i leave in a much worse mood then when i went lol. i literally do not even eat here. i only ever pick up a frap for my girlfriend and some food for my family when it comes about. the past three times i’ve gone they should have just told me to order a medium frap cause they can’t seem to fill it up all the way, half of it is unblended ice. and someone tell shawty to move the mic off her face, screamin today.

They refuse to bring the food to the table. Why did the McDonald's corporation install kiosks and table tents in all the restaurants??? Because the employees don't want to bring the food to the table. It would be lovely and nice for the customer if they were willing to do that service. But they won't.

Upper management was at this location, there were employees standing around. Took almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order and almost 15 minutes to receive my order and I was the only one in there. I only went there since I wanted something quick. There are many other restaurants in area that a quicker.

I cook in west ocean city and sometimes get off pretty late craving a burger. The crew tonight at this McDonald’s really hooked me up w a great meal. I’m pretty sure they’re a little short staffed but even w a full lot the cooks turned out a great meal for me after a hard shift. I appreciate their dedication to feeding the community even when times are tough. Keep up the great stuff! 🖖🖖🖖

Every single time at night is a single lane open. It takes 10-15 minutes+ for anyone to talk on the mic. VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE. I only stop here cause it's close to my house and every time it seems it gets longer and longer in wait time. Not even busy for this kind of long wait. Even for mobile orders I have to wait thinking it would speed up the process. During the day its a little faster.
