If I could give 0 stars I would. And that would only be from the horrible and rude service we got today. My family came in and ordered and when we got our food, some things were missing and we didn’t have sauce. That’s okay we had a big group, we went up to the counter and showed our receipt and told the manager what we were missing. She proceeded to have an attitude with us saying we were lying about missing food and made us PAY AGAIN TO GET IT. She also griped at us for asking for more KETCHUP??? I have never in my many years of customer service seen such a terrible worker. Do not go here if this lady is working and I hope the higher ups see this! Photo attached.

The staff were friendly and efficient. They were out of Honey Mustard and they don’t fill up the fries container. I thought they might have fallen into the bag, but no!

Drove thru to get a quick lunch for 4 of us. Person handing us our food was not happy with life. When I said we didn't need a drink carrier, she said she had to for multiple drinks. When I tried to hand the carrier back so she could reuse it instead of me directly putting it in the trash, she was super rude and visibly rolled her eyes at me. (Thanks lady with side of your head shaved with long bread. You gave my family a great laugh for the day with how sad you must be.) The food order was incorrect as well. We had 1 drink wrong, dipping sauce was different than what we asked, and got fries we didn't order. This location needs help.

Worse service in any McDonalds I’ve ever been. Cook staff were extremely slow and had poor attitudes. Servers were running around handing out wrong orders. We stood there and waited forever while they took care of all their friends getting them right out in no time flat. McDonald’s needs to step in and straighten this place out or shut it down.

Open at 5, placed order at 520, still has the lights off and they ran and hid, you see them head to the back. No one answer at the drive thru call on the phone and they said our system is down. Can't cancel our order. $25 food . So scre w this McDonalds. Hire people that work. So tired of businesses operating like this.
