McDonald's

Visit this place as it is close to my house. Everything is well organized and quick service. The staff are also very friendly. And the place is pleasant and clean. Will definitely recommend it. And also it's open 24 hours which is even better and also it has drive through. I will be coming often every week.

9/28 - as of today I'll be going out of my way to avoid this location. Service sucks. Food sucks. Fries always cold and half filled the last month, burgers taste old. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, completely plain no cheese, get home and 1 burger is plain 1 has onions and pickles, clear remnants of cheese they tried to pull off and ketchup half wiped off. Now it seems as though there just messing with a paying customer because how does that even happen?? Not by mistake. Literally go anywhere else. Food is generally good and almost always right which is nice! However they give me a hard time about app codes everyime I go. Not sure if it's an issue with them or the app, but they seem annoyed and unwilling to help most of the time. I get it's not their fault but it's not mine either. There is 1 younger male manager who seems to be more friendly if you're lucky enough to catch him.

I do not know what McDonald's has done? My food at different McDonald's has been hot and fresh. This McDonald's was no exception.

Fries were good, though the box wasn’t full. My entire visit had barely any interaction because they ignored you until you went to the kiosk. When I did go to the counter and stand and stare at the girl there until her “graciously” rudely acknowledging my existence, I asked for salt and ketchup, and was met with an attitude- I was shocked by the “service”. More so, I wish I’d used the bathroom prior to ordering because I would have just left. If they aren’t keeping the bathroom clean. They aren’t keeping the kitchen clean either. It was disgusting- I won’t go into details but I will say there were foot prints of urine all over the floor and urine everywhere- in both stalls. And I’m not just meaning a little on the seat. It was all over the floors. I won’t go back. That’s abhorrent. It didn’t just happen in 5 minutes, that bathroom looks like it hadn’t been cleaned all day, if not longer. Last rant- with the price of food and what employees are being paid - to be on their phones on the clock- and the fact that I’m having to do their job instead is ridiculous. You certainly aren’t paying me to work for you. Neither is Walmart or even dollar tree now with self check out. It’s getting ludicrous. Main point: you might want to visit the restroom before deciding if you really want to eat here. 🤷‍♀️

They forgot my food sitting in the window I sat in the drive Through probably for 8 minutes it was a 6 piece and a fry that was rang up wrong I ordered a happy meal at the speaker got to 2nd window the dude didn’t see my order as he was occupied on the head set about a coupon he literally just rang me up for 6 piece nuggets and a fry when it was a happy meal and additional medium fry. If I didn’t have. A place to be I would have went inside and corrected it . HOW MUCH ARE YOU GETTING PAID?!
