McDonald's

I unfortunately didn’t remember to ask their names, but the ladies that were working the registers and speaker at around 1:45am today were so so kind and helpful to my significant other and I. The crew was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional which included ensuring that we were given the best substitution for their out of stock Big Mac buns, along with other helpful gestures and great customer service. Some truly kind people you've got on your hands!!

Ordered light ice in a water cup... and they counted all my Ice. 8 cubes... superb service

Breakfast is the only good time to get anything from the McDonald's in Monroe. The service in the evening is so slow and makes the most horrible food. Not that McDonald's has very decent food anyway

Really needs more training for the workers on the registers in the drive thru. My order was 2 mix and match. 1 sausage McMuffin, 1 hash brown for each, a medium coffee, and a small dr. My Wife paid with a card, and as you can see with the first receipt that was given to me it was not what we ordered, probably just the wrong receipt. When I brought it to the attention, the young lady took my Wife's card and ran it again for another 2 for$4.49. If you don't specify, they ring it up the highest possible way. When we get the original bag, it was only missing the sausage McMuffin, and then they gave us another bag with it and another hash brown. So we had 3 hash browns. I brought it to the manager attention and that's when she provided the second receipt. My Wife checked her banked and she was charged $10.54, and $2.56 for a total of $13.10. The order should have been rung up as 2 2 for $2.39 with a sausage McMuffin, and hash brown. Normally I get one of those with a small dr. pepper at my normal McDonald's, and the total is $3.79, and they want me to think that ordering a second one with a medium coffee will bring it to $13.10. I'll be requesting a refund for the difference, and won't visit this location again. I also experienced at other locations other than my normal one, they would ring up a large combo by default, rather than medium, but same thing I just don't go back.

Employees were rude. App glitched and my coffee lid was not on properly, and it spilled all over me. Luckily, it was barely warm.
