McDonald's

I got two spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and both of them had way too much sauce on them. There was sauce all over the bag and the bread was soggy. My hands were a mess just trying to get the bag open let alone trying to eat it. The sauce was overpowering the whole sandwich and it just tasted disgusting. How is someone supposed to eat this?

Didn't give me any straws for my drinks. Had to remind them I'd ordered 3 smoothies. Asked for no pickles got pickles. These people want $15 per hour while still giving minimum wage effort.

Our food was cold when we got it. The fries at the bottom of the carton were soggy like they had been sitting in water. The employees while friendly just seemed to be in their own worlds. Not really caring what was going on. My family will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

While I do not expect quality from most McDonald's I do expect timely service. Waiting 20 minutes after being parked via drive-thru is substandard even for a low expectation fast food joint. When we went in to inquire about our order, we were told they had no order. Thankfully, I requested a receipt when we paid. While the food was pulled quickly and was hot there was no apology or attempt to repair the terrible service. We will not be back.

It's McDonald's. What can I say? 😆 The employees were nice. The order was nice and hot and correct. They were very fast also.
