Today was a delightful day for me, I usually do have some complaints at times. I must say Today was an unexpected afternoon. One of the managers was really sweet. I went in to place my order, I didn't have enough cash for my order, which was a Big Mac meal and a happy meal. She was on her way out, because she was off. She stopped and took my order and also took care the difference of my balance. I was grateful. I want to say thank you again. 😊 🙏 Unfortunately I didn't get her name. I'm sure I'll see 👀 her again. That was truly a loving gesture. ❤️ 👍 thanks
Honestly, the reason that McDonald’s fails to provide good customer service and good food is because of the quality of staff. They hire too many teenagers that don’t care about customer service or providing quality food. The only reason McDonald’s is still open is because of affordability. The food was okay but I can tell it was not fresh. When you go to McDonald’s, it can either be a hit or miss. And this was a miss.
Whoever was taking orders had the worse sarcasm ever. She ruined my kid’s excitement for a double cheeseburger. It was national hamburger day! She mentioned we needed a code. We simply pulled aside to download the app. We came back with a code 4 mins later and she stated it was used. We mentioned we literally just got out of line and downloaded the app as requested. She continued to repeat herself with the SAME wording when we tried to ask what was going on. I started to ask for manager but decided to not even spend my money at this location. If she doesn’t like her job she should quit! I will be calling corporate.
The store is never open on time, there's multiple times in the morning throughout the week I can't order there because they're not open. It's a huge inconvenience to sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes thinking they're open because the lights are on and there's other cars in the drive thru waiting. You get to the speaker to order thinking it's your turn but no one ever addresses you to say they're not open, you just get the hint after driving off and you can see the gate is still down in the lobby.
A previous time before I walked in to order and there was 2 individuals there including a manager who was sitting in the gas station area talking to the employees there while the gate was closed and the manager said they not open because the grill boy wasn't there but the manager is supposed to know how to run and operate all the equipment for reasons such so. She replied they're not open. Remind you that all these occasions were during what was suppose to be operational hours.

The new staff is trying, I'll give them that. With a little better customer service and better food prep, this would be a nice McDonald's.
