McDonald's

Never had a good experience at this McDonalds! Wish I could give them a negative 1. The staff always seems like they don’t want to be there and they are rude, if you ask for ketchup they roll their eyes. I say thank you they say nothing. Every time I go to any McDonald’s I ask for my fries well done, tonight was no different. As usual I get my food and start pulling off, reach my hand in and pull out soggy cold fries, ugh how hard is it for real?! I see 2 employees sitting outside so I pull up and ask if one of them are a manager and the super sweet manager says I am but I’m off but I will still help you. I show her my receipt that says well done fries then show her my fries. She takes them and comes back to tell me 2 mins. After 2 mins she brings my fries only to see (after pulling away) they are the exact same fries they just drop them back in the grease and pulled them right back out. Now I get home take a bite of my qp and it’s so pink inside I spit it out. I can’t eat any of this. What happened to McDonald’s and what happened to customer service?! $10.99 and 25 minutes of my life wasted. It would be great to get a reply.

This place needs serious help. My husband and I thought they were closed when we walked in because we didn't see any workers. It was a complete ghost town. There was no one at the counter when we walked in so we tried using the kiosk which didn't seem to be working like the employees. Finally, a very visible annoyed person took our order. While we were eating we watched 2 separate customers do the same thing we did then another gentleman came in and called out at least a dozen times for someone to take his order. There was not one person to be seen anywhere behind the counter or areas that are visible to customers. It was literally as if they all went on break at the same time.

The only reason I stopped here was for a cup of ice I would never eat their food because it's fake. The staff here are friendly and prompt. But McDonald's food is not good for your insides.

Employees were very nice and polite however the service was super slow. I stood at the front counter for a solid 3-4 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there. All I ordered was a quarter pounder meal and it took somewhere around 10 minutes. Thats nuts to me. An order like that should be absolutely no longer than 5 minutes from the time I arrived. Then the damn prices are through the roof. What the hell are we doing here???? That 1 meal costs over $10. I'll stick with ham and cheese.

Around at McDonald's and you know they have two speakers. I was sitting at the second speaker and no one said anything to me for about 10 to 15 minutes. So I drove up anyway and the young lady seem like she was upset with me and then she got smart and said the speaker have never been on. Like I'm supposed to know that? My food wasn't hot like it was supposed to be it was like it have been sitting up on the hot light for a good period of time. So I will never go back to that McDonald's and eat again because I can't stand for somebody to have an attitude about something that I did not know.
