McDonald's

The worst McDonald's I've ever delivered for. Orders are rarely ready and usually are only started after I arrive and give them the order number. As a customer, this place is horrible, too. Most McDonald's in Fairfield County have better rewards through the app. All of the employees are great except for one Hispanic lady in her 50's / 60's. She may be related to Satan, though, so it's totally understandable. Editing my 1 star to a 5 star because I ordered a PLAIN Mcdouble (buy one get one free deal) with extra onions, and it looks like they put a full half cup of onions on each. Mmm mmm mmmm!

I would not recommend going here. This place will completely mess up your order as well as your attitude. My family and I decided to order 2 blue slushy and 1 red slushy with chicken nuggets. When we made it up to the drive threw to order she said there were no red slushy so we ordered 3 blue slushy. Later to find out at the pay section another employee said there were no more blue-slushy with an attitude when trying to confirm the previous employees statement . I don’t recommend coming here!!

The quality is on par for what it is but you can get much better food cheaper at a deli. The place is clean enough but very boring looking. Staff vary- why do they ask about the app, surely I would tell them. It is annoying. The main issue is that every time I go here, I have to pull into a spot to wait. No matter what I order and it is usually just a burger or something simple for the kids. I used to get breakfast on the go because I like their coffee but it is no longer fast because of always having to pull into a spot. I was late for a meeting because it took 18 min for a sandwich one day. There were no cars behind me today and they still made me park...for a breakfast sandwich. It just makes me mad and not want to go back.

Whenever I’m in Monroe, I love stopping at the McDonald’s! It’s super clean, and the atmosphere is great! The workers do a great job, and the food is fresh here. The fries are always hot and crispy. When I used to work here, I stopped by all the time. McDonald’s knows what there doing! Super fast service too. I love using the app and getting the extra deals. My food is ready when I walk in. Keep up the good work McDonald’s!

Horrible compared to West Haven. Food is awful in Monroe. The one in West Haven is like night and day. West Haven is delicious and made well. In Monroe, its like it was made by a monkey. Food suppose to be the same. How can you screw up a burger? Never again
