McDonald's

I went in at 7:45 am on Wednesday July 5 2023 i ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin hash browns my total was $6.63 It was a mobile order on the app... They were very swift with my order and it was surprisingly correct the problem comes in when i bite into my McMuffin i bit into an eggshell on my first bite and that is unacceptable then i moved onto my hash browns and they were cold. So had i not ate eggshells i maybe could have let it slide but it scratched my throat and made it bleed a little.. and thats not all i would have spoke this over with the manager except everytime u call the store number its busy. Ur phone cant be busy for 3 hours continually. Had u answered the phone i would have taken care of this matter over the phone instead of on a review but apparently yall would rather take the phone off the hook instead of talking to someone and trying to fix the issues. So as far as McDonald's in snead thats a 👎🐣🍳 no thank u on the eggshell sandwich. Yall need to get it together guys!

Takes 10 minutes to take your order. I ordered to 10 piece nuggets a they put it in a 20 piece box. They had the 10 piece boxes but to lazy to go get them from the back. So I waited for them to go get them an had the nerve to tell me to pull up. Sorry I wasn’t pulling up for your laziness should’ve went back there when you knew you was out of the boxes. I normally wouldn’t complain but the nuggets was going to two different people. A the nuggets was hard. I’ve always have bad experience with this McDonald’s. This will be my last.

They made me a two all beef patties with pickles,onions,lettuce,cheese and SPECIAL SAUCE on a triple bun. It was amazing acompanied by thin sliced potatoes strips and a bubbly coke

I ordered the two cheeseburger combo. Cheese was stale, bread was chewy like it had been on a warmer all day long. Drinks had like 4 pieces of ice in each of them and we didn't ask for "light ice" Mom offered to turn around and complain but I don't have the time or energy and have come to expect such service at fast food places

Pretty good for a McDonald's. The food was fresh and the fries were really good. I wasn't crazy about the pull up to the parking area and we'll bring it to you part but overall it's a good McDonald's 👌
