Needed a quick coffee and some fries on the go while driving long distance. The drive through is overflowing though and the parking lots as well. They were out of creamers. The location is great, the UCSF bldg is right opposite.

They constantly mess up my order and then when I hand it back to them, they said something rude about me in Spanish like no one else in the world understands Spanish. Take a look at this picture and tell me if that’s appropriate ? You failed today.

How do you run out of McDonalds at McDonalds, I bought a bunch of burgers but only got fries and a few mc chickens thrown in there?????

10am. No breakfast. "No chefs here to make breakfast". Then trapped in drive through line for 30 minutes. Most ridiculous. Location has gone downhill ever since the latinos left.

1. Workers do not know English At All! They have to know a few words and have to know what the customer talking about. 2. Too rude manager, workers. 3. You have to wait for a long time to get your “fast food”. All stuff has to be changed
