McDonald's

Restaurant with lots of potential! I ordered the Big Mac Value Meal from the kiosk. It was pretty simple and well laid out. My order was delivered by a friendly employee. I had to go to the Counter to ask for Ketchup, which was handed to me in a friendly manner. My meal was hot, fresh, and tasty! Their drink station is high tech with a touch screen. They had the typical soft drinks as other locations have. but you could add flavoring. They had flavors like Lemon, Raspberry, Cherry, and Vanilla. The lobby was in need of attention with very few clean tables. The dining room was not busy at the time I was there. I still would recommend this location to anyone who loves McDonald's and their food!

My brother and i went to this McDonald's and ordered our food but when my brother noticed the order get processed and was charged, the short latina cashier was very rude and gave us an attitude as if we were asking for money! Next time train your employees to be nicer to people who have issues. The other male cashier was nice and attended to me very well.

This is the only McDonald's that can seem to consistently get the French fries cooked to where they're not wiggly gross things. Every time I've been here, the fries are hot, fresh, and crispy like they're supposed to be. The young female manager Alexis is the best!

Woman in the store was extremely rude and nasty with me. Actually refused to help me place the order I wanted. They say they don’t order at the counter anymore and are unwilling to help you navigate the machine in the lobby. So my son did not get the happy meal he wanted exactly. I order cheese didn’t have cheese. I wanted a large drink with it. It wouldn’t give me that option. But when you order the counter and give you that option. The lady said they had a sign at the old order counter. They did not have any registers there. Otherwise, she would help me there. When I asked for a receipt after I can complain later, and have proof I was there a gentleman. This guy was nice walked up, typed in the register that the woman said was not there and putting me up a receipt. So it was all a bunch of woman not doing your job because you’re too lazy or ignorant and embarrassed to ask someone who knew more than her self. I’ve been in to McDonald’s in my life I have on the other one had a nice folks but the restaurant was filthy, dirty I mean just nasty food everywhere trash everywhere. This is only the second time I’ve left in McDonald’s review ever. Which makes a pretty big statement. Most of the McDonald’s I’ve ever been to traveling from Georgia we’re pretty with the things that happened in those restaurants good for the most part. Except for this restaurant on Indian Hill Road, by the freeway down a few blocks and the one in northern California the rest are fantastic.

I can’t think of a mother McDonald’s that has impressed me so much. Traveling here from Indiana and staying nearby. This place and the kids working the windows on march 2 and the guy running the inside front end today on march 3….if I could hire that crew I would. You all were amazing. Great job and I hope the owner here pays you well. Great employees, extremely impressed!
