McDonald's

I don’t know what the problem has been the last few visits, but tonight was especially frustrating, got asked to wait because of fries which I don’t mind at all, But when I get cold fries and a completely pink burger that’s ridiculous. My daughter’s nuggets were also cold and stale. The McFlurry we got handed was coated in ice cream and had to be wiped down. Thanks McDonald’s, I think I’m done with this location😒

I went through this drive through, and emerged a changed man. Tonight I was blessed enough to have Dylan B as my drive through attendant. Dylan B is a extremely friendly, extremely charismatic, young man you deserves way more than any of us mere mortals can offer him. When the Boogieman goes to bed at night, he checks under his bed for Chuck Norris, but it is Dylan B that coos him back to sleep and sings him a gentle lullaby until he drifts into peaceful sleep. Dylan B once saved a polar bear from an altercation with some dangerous gamblers; he then enlightened the polar bear that though gambling can be fun in moderation, it can lead one down a road to ruin. He then helped the polar bear reconnect with his estranged son and the two later went on to invent the grilled cheese sandwich. Dylan B wakes in the morning to tell the world he loves it, but not to hear it back, just to let the world know how he feels. I know all of this not because Dylan B told me with his words, but with his eyes and his heart. The world does not deserve the purity and grace that is Dylan B, yet we have it all the same. Thank you Dylan B. May your light touch a thousand hearts.

This is how I received my Big Mac... needless to say the cheese was half on my burger. I understand speed but what about building a simple burger with some care? And it never fails that when I order a happy meal, the fries are upside-down in the box so when my five year old goes to pull them out, they all fall out in the box. This is a common "every time" thing. My fries were cold this time around but this isn't a usual thing. Maybe a fluke? All in all, is it too much to ask for a little bit of care when making my burger so I can enjoy all of the cheese, not just half?

It's fast food! Service and experience is gonna be hit or miss depending on who is working there at the time and when you go. I usually have good a good experience when I go here. Sometimes i haven't, but that doesn't stop me from coming back. It's all about convenience with fast food. I've been back several times despite some bad experiences. This location is pretty clean for the most part. Don't go on a Friday night after a high school football game, though. It will take forever to get your order, or you may not get it at all.

I've been to this location a number of times with my kids who love the Play Place nearest Yellowstone Ave. Twice (at this location), I've had undercooked double quarter pounders with cheese but, also twice, I've taken them to the front and had the kitchen staff replace those burgers no questions asked. I respect a restaurant that takes pride in getting orders correct and doesn't make a fuss when they get things wrong. Thanks for making things right for me and for being a great place for my kids and I to hang out on Sunday mornings.
