McDonald's

The food and service at this McDonald’s used to be great. However, in the past six months things have gone downhill. On several occasions I’ve waited 20+ mins for my food. On my last visit I was served an undercooked burger (nearly raw), have been given the incorrect order multiple times, every time I go there “the ice cream machine is down” and on one occasion I was charged more than double the correct price for my order. Yesterday I used the app with an at the counter pickup hoping things would be better. I was the only customer in the restaurant and was ignored for ten mins, then had to wait an additional ten mins to get my order. During which time I witnessed the manager swear at her employees and complain about the drive-thru customers using inappropriate language. I will NEVER eat here again. Hopefully the franchise owner will read this and do something about it.

Such great service. Food was fast, hot, and freshly prepared. Mary took my order and she was awesome. She went above and beyond. She even gave me a free drink and some nuggets that no one picked up. It was better than throwing them away. This McDonald's location is one that I would definitely recommend going to.

I've noticed that before somewhere around 5PM, the food is usually not fresh to the point that I regret my purchase. After 5PM, it usually ranges from good to perfect. I'm assuming a shift change occurs around this time and the later shift does a better job not cooking too much at once and/or throwing out the excess before it gets too old. I recommend avoiding this location before 5PM, but after 5PM, it's usually good.

The people who helped were nice...that's about it. Our entire order was wrong with what we specified for and tasted terrible...and the tea at this location is definitely NOT tea. No clue what they're serving here but just don't bother

We stopped here for breakfast when in town on vacation. The staff inside was great and the food was hot. They do have a lot of homeless people hanging out behind the parking lot and occasionally one of them would come in or stumble around the parking lot.
