McDonald's

I’ve had a few poor experiences here, but this one was ridiculous enough to review. I’m also hangry. We got an order doordashed to us. All the food was old and stale despite the dasher being really quick. My filet o fish was cold and over-cooked to the point of being dry and tough. The bun was also very toasted (it’s not supposed to be). I was hungry enough to drive to McDonald’s and request a new one. I waited a very long time for someone to help me, but the manager who finally did was kind. Unfortunately the replacement sandwich was exactly the same as the first, down to the toasted bun and weird half piece of cheese. I just went home😭 A filet o fish is the only thing I get at McDonald’s, so I’ve eaten my fair share of less than ideal sandwiches. But these were so bad I didn’t even eat them. One bite was more than enough. I’m so frustrated🥲

I came through the drive through at like 12 30 ish and was there for 20 minutes before pulling around to see if this location was still open, I had put in a mobile order so when I saw that they were still open I came through again, the meat on my burger was so crusty and old, not even up to temp, my chicken nuggets were also not up to temp and were rubbery, then I had to come back because after I left I realized they forgot my hot and spicy.

I don't know why but it's always just me who gets something terrible, the rest of my family's orders are usually good. Last time I was there I waited 25 minutes for a staff member to replace a very burned chicken sandwich with a new one. He forgot about it and then handed me an even worse sandwich. The biggest problem is that staff will stand there and laugh at people at the front counter, because they no longer need to talk to customers. I do appreciate the order kiosks, but it results in staff completely ignoring the front. I saw an older gentlemen try to get their attention for what seemed like an eternity, until I got so annoyed that I had to raise my voice before anyone acknowledged he was there. Just shameful. Laughing at your customers because you no longer need to engage them is sad.

My sister and I always come here for breakfast, the employees have been super rude several times, they don't give us what we ordered, but my main problem is that I always ask for breakfast with eggs and pancakes, they always give me raw. It looks disgusting and when I ask for it to correct it, they make me rude and behave very rudely, saying that's how they are. I don't understand why am I still going to a place where they give me raw food, my mistake, when I hand him the plate with the raw egg they threw everything(pancakes) and they give me only the egg, when I ask them kindly they answered me in a very rude way. Thay always have very bad service and you can hear them saying things about you and the service they give you, I do not recommend it at all, last time I come here

Received my online order but the lid to my drink wasn’t fully secured which resulted in a mess but that’s partially my fault for not paying attention. Went inside to refill my drink and noticed leftover food all over the tables, the drink station had items scattered everywhere, straws were soaking wet and scattered throughout the ice catchers, smudges of food everywhere and the tea needed refilled (had to tilt the drink container to get the last bit of tea). When I got home I noticed I had half a container of fries instead of a full container and my Big Mac had a patty that literally looked like someone split it in half and only gave me a partial patty. I understand it’s hard to maintain quality service and a clean environment if it’s busy and understaffed but it was fairly quiet. I’m not fond of complaining because I know the food industry is rough but this store needs improvements
