McDonald's

We placed an online order at 10:15 for McDonalds breakfast and arrive at 10:35 to pick it up and they cancelled our order without any warning for time constraints. Would not recommend the overpriced garbage. This used to be a decent establishment…disappointing

I had a pessimistic experience with the manager. I placed my food order 15 minutes prior to entering the store. Although I initially ordered through curbside pickup, I settled to proceed inside due to time constraints. While waiting for my order, the gentleman handling curbside drop-off was accommodating and asked for my order to deliver it to me. However, when he asked the manager (a female), she seemed aggravated and implied me to finalize my order by entering a number, even though I was already inside. After entering the number, I had to linger another 5 minutes, constructing my total wait time 20 minutes. This classification of behavior is inadequate and should considering finding a different manager as she does appear unskilled for the position. Despite being in a urgency, I remained patient and did not want to cause any disorder. Her abrupt demeanor was unprofessional.

They used to have 5 stars, but the employees have become rude, lazy, and nasty. Over 40 minutes of waiting for a mobile order.

Took my mom and really enjoyed myself. It was Friday night and there were a lot of teens out of school hanging out but very respectful. It was refreshing to see young adults behaving so well.

Can't believe it, but McDonald's deserves a good word every now and again. We were in a rush to get to a soccer game and needed fast food for breakfast. McDonald's delivered -- well, to our table. We dined in (pancakes in a carpet stick for days). The food was fresh, the staff actually helpful. When one of the food runners noticed the table was unwiped as she entered their food, she took time to come back, wipe the table, sweep around, even when the diners said it was okay. I must say, I'm lovin' that!
