McDonald's

If there’s a choice of zero star, I would have chosen that. I have been to this place a couple of times. Sometimes the service was slow, but I was overall okay with it. It’s fast food, so I wasn’t expecting much. However, what happened today was unacceptable. I drove through the right drive-though lane to order food. The lady staff told me to wait. Okay, I waited for a while, but no one said anything or took my order. Another car came to the left lane and immediately some staff asked to take that person’s order. I asked “anyone there?” multiple times but no one answered. What kind of service was that?! I ended up deciding not to order anything and drive past the pickup window. The staff saw me and immediately turned her head away. Really good example of what it looks like when you hire someone who doesn’t want to do her job 👎.

I haven’t visited a McDonald’s in quite some type but on a road trip we stopped at this particular location for breakfast. From the drive-thru attendant, to the cashier, to the worker who handed us the food, everyone was noticeably friendly and welcoming. On top of that, the Sausage McMuffin with Egg and Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddle were both especially good. We had to drive forward to wait for the Caramel Moccchito do be finished but it came out great.

Fries are always cold when I come here. I work nearby and I've been to this Miki ds about 4 times now. Each time I'm disappointed. I ordered a big Mac was actually good today. But the fries taste cold and reheated. I won't be returning. Too many bad experiences. You don't expect much from McDonald's but still. People are spending their hard earned money and want fast but good food. Not cold. Do better

Don't go there on the AM hours, and expect a speedy service. You WILL be late for work, so allow some major delay to get your order & get to work on time. Scheduling in this location for morning rush is poor at best!

"DENISE" was a pleasure over the speaker and in-person , I gave her my concerns and she nailed it " Loved The Fries " I appreciate the gentle being she is because great "Customer Service" is a pet peeve for me !! Thank you
