McDonald's

Great service. Very clean place. They even have a dedicated cleaning staff! The real standout here is Maria the manager. Maria had an outstanding attitude and great service! She made me feel appreciated, welcome and respected. I even complimented her for having such a great attitude.

I visited McDonald’s and I did a order on my McDonald’s app. I did that order where it says two small or two medium fries for free with a purchase of 20 piece nuggets that’s what it says so when I got my order I told them I’m missing a fries, so the man asked the lady for the extra fries. She said there’s nothing on it that says extra fries I repeatedly told the man yes it does say I get extra fries he was looking at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. I even showed him the app where it says it he said well it’s not on there so you can’t get it, where is my fries I asked him can you please ask again he said I already did they said no I asked again lady the background started talking stuff in Spanish, like If didn’t understand I speak Spanish as well. They are very rude and disrespectful, I wouldn’t leave a star if I didn’t have to I would have left no stars for them. This isn’t the first time they’re very disrespectful there.

Bacon Quarter Pounder, looks like cheese burger here. I asked for bathroom to wash my hands and i have to asked twice and run because the staff super bad attitude and bad attention. I recommend the general manager to take care this place and hire people how’s want to work

Burger meat was dry and rubbery from sitting around for too long. The French fries were under cooked and lacked salt. On the up side the Coke was cold, bubbly & perfect like it should be from McDonald's.

I understand it's busy but all the more reason to hire more help... I was given someone else's order which cost a lot more than my order. Trying to do the right thing I let the manager know and she snatched it from me so hard the bag ripped open and the food hit the floor. It then took ten more minutes for them to hand me my already done and cold order. Too bad I really liked this location
