McDonald's

The double cheeseburgers I got must've been dropped in grease before wrapped and served. That was the sloppiest, half off the bun, most drenched trash I've ever choked down from the Hanceville branch. I've seen better burgers wrapped in napkins and thrown out at other places than what this was. McD's, your prices have gotten too ridiculously high to have such low quality. Fail. Had to wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes or so to get it too. The waiting was unusual as McDonald's in general is usually very fast.

Ordered through app. Paid for two caramel machiatos. Got to window and was told they didn't have them. They offered a drink that was lower priced than what I paid for. I said well, ok. The drinks were rancid. So I go inside to just ask for a refund or gift card. That's 7 bucks, it may not seem like a lot, but I have had several mishaps at this store. Including another time that I couldn't get the caramel macchiato and also was offered a lower priced item. Well they said they can't do a refund or gift card for it cause I used app. I said well can I go through app to do it? They said no. Then proceeds to offer all kinds of things but none at the price point I paid. I don't want any of that, my son and I just like the caramel machiatos. So I left and wrote corporate to get refund. They say store will call me but they never do. So I am out my money and honestly I won't be going back to a McDonald's again. They have left a sour taste in my mouth.

This McDonald's is one of if not the best one around. Food is right most of the time. It's always fresh. In the 5yrs I've lived here I have no complaints on food or staff.

I know this place isn’t understaffed so they have NO reason for my meal to take over 20 minutes in a DRIVE THRU. It’s ridiculous and something needs to be done about this McDonald’s
