McDonald's

Employees were super nice at this McDonald's. They went out of their way to make sure the customer was happy. The manager said 'I appreciate you' to any employee he saw doing a good job. Seemed like a great work environment. Has my food in a timely manner. All tasted fresh and as expected.

This place is absolutely awful. I went in Saturday evening. The dining room was an absolute mess. The food was not fresh. The bun was dry and firm. I went to the restroom. There was an employee (younger guy - wearing a blue shirt) talking loudly on the phone in the stall. He comes out as I am at the sink, and walks right back out of the restroom without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting!

What an absolute joke. Let us wait in drive thru for 30 mins while you purposely slowly took orders only to turn your lights off when it was our turn to order after letting us sit there for more than 5 mins waiting for you to come back. I know times are tough but your absolute lack of customer service skills is disgusting and anyone working there today should be fired.

Mistakes happen and I can live with that. I can't see myself visiting my local store for a long while. I can't remember my last good experience there. I keep giving them a shot. Has this franchise given up? Almost 9 dollars for a chicken sandwich that was tiny and overcooked.. no ice in softdrink.. the fries were good, I'll give them that.
