Visited this location (700 N Dupont Hwy) on 11/17 around 9 pm. Horrible customer service. Ordered my food then got to the window to pay and handed them my credit card, the amount didn't seem correct so I asked them to repeat my order. Obviously it was not correct, but still charged me for part of my order. Tried 3 times to get the order right but with no success. The manager came over and was completely rude to me so I just requested my money back and left since they couldn't get the order right. Horrible experience and the manager on duty should NOT be a manager.

Staff here is not polite I order Caramel sundae but they are not given to me they given to other table but they are blaming like they given to me that order.

A quite McDonald. My kind of place. Close to dart public bus stop. Has drive through and automatic kiosks, so no waiting in lines to place orders. Use app to get more discount. Otherwise, the general discount is applicable when you proceed further with placing your order.

People working were great 👍 I noticed corporate cuts in smaller straws, napkins not openly available, no trash cans in restrooms, and only 1 handicapped parking space.
