McDonald's

I have not been inside in about a year but today it was awful. They don’t take your order anymore. You have to a machine there’s a button to press it if you need help press, it was standing there for like five minutes had to go get someone because out of all the people that were there nobody was coming up to help then I order my coffee charges me for extra caramel and caramel drizzle on top also charges me and they give me something so disgusting that I didn’t even drink it. They also had the audacity to charge me for the extra drizzle, and did not even put it on my coffee Attached a picture. Honestly the worst service Even every time I go, I have to check my daughter’s burger from the drive-through. I always open it you could ask for a plain burger, and they still put stuff on it.

Honestly this McDonals is great. It is always so clean and regardless of how busy it is the service is always fast. But the reason I am writing a review is the service. Everyone working there goes the extra mile to make customers happy. My daughter wanted the Pokemon Happy Meal but they were not available yet. So one of the workers named Pamela went to the back of the store and searched for the Pokemon Happy Meal surprise, it made my `daughter so happy! Pamela is always so nice and kind. There's other workers there who are always nice as well, it is such a nicely run store.

This location was super clean. Bathrooms are clean. The staff were super friendly and super helpful. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back. The only negative thing is that my caramel macchiato was not well made.

They just revamped and remodeled this mc's into the brown, more adult looking storefront. It's much more mature looking. They upgraded to a drive-thru which is always better. Especially because this particular spot always had drive-through traffic blocking main street. Seems to be glowing more smoothly. I ordered cookies and a milkshake. The cookies were a little over baked and cold. I wish they would keep their cookies warm (all McDonald's, not just this one). Milkshake was good but they didn't ask me if I wanted whip cream (which I didn't) and it was on it. I don't know why they ever started doing that ...

Quite literally the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The place has been redone a few years ago and has been way better ever since. The new points system is amazing and the drive thru/property has been updated a ton. I love this place so much, been going here for years
