McDonald's

The employees and even the manager didn't want or care to have manners much less serve. The few employees that my family encountered could care less about even having a smile. Sad, new facility being ran like this.... won't last for very long in my opinion. Definitely won't get my business anymore. I wouldn't even place the order in. Cheers to better management and better employees.....

Placed a mobile order and the service was a little slow but I’m sure they are working under staffed like everyone else.. really hope McDonald’s starts paying them more.. BUT everything was HOT AND RIGHT!! The man taking orders was sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and the ice cream machine was working and my McFlurry was packed with cookie pieces!! By far my favorite McDonalds!!

sat in the drive through for at least 10 minutes with no answer, so we drove around to the window where employees were just standing around cutting up. Until one of them accidentally made eye contact with us, then came over and proceeded to tell us they were “closed” through the window. This is about the 4th time this has happened to us. Being a server myself, I’m the first one to be understanding about customer service. However, if you know customers can see you sitting around and you refuse to even acknowledge them, then let them know you “closed” bc you don’t want to work, please find another place of employment. However, after seeing the reviews already written, it’s seems as if this is a reoccurring issue and management just does not care.

Everybody on their phone, beepers going off, rude a** employees. Do better. i genuinely hate coming. here, but sometimes it’s the only option. last resort. & slow, slow, slow workers. slow pace workers. only 3 employees. Should be a minimum of 6. No sweet tea. @8:45 pm and must use kiosks. why pay employees if they don’t do their job.

Mopping floors at lunch?? Ordered from the self serve screen. One was broken and they one we used didn't print a receipt. Got my son's lunch (3 orders). Not very hot and missing food. Wet were the only ones ordering inside
