McDonald's

Wow! I was just in there for a DoorDash pickup. One of female employees was yelling and completely rude to one of the cooks. Everyone in the lobby could hear her! She was asking why something was taking so long and he said, I'm sorry, I am doing my best. She yells, I don't need your attitude. I was just asking why it was taking so long. He was completely calm. She was a total witch. How unprofessional!

Rachel in the drive through exceeded expectations with a large order, despite potential disruptions to drive through times and analytics. Posted hours indicate the dining room is open till 10 p.m. I attempted to visit on 5/28/23 at about 8:40 p.m. All the doors were locked, because who cares about the business from the truck drivers next door at the truck stop. Not a very nice thing to do to blue-collar men and women who could just use a hot meal.

I eat at McDonald's a lot. This one is slower than a packed house McDonald's. Their average time for me was about 5 minutes slower than other ones. This after being here 8 times in the last 30 days. Food was a little cold after a long wait. Other stores do much better.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Got my order wrong. Took my food to the back and put lettus and everything I wanted on it to give it back. Gross. Thanks crystal. I had to go to a different place to get food cause of your incompetence. Thanks for not giving me a refund. Manager crystal doesn't know how to conduct business.
