McDonald's

I usually don't have anything to say about fast food chains. You know what to expect when coming to one for the most part but this place was an exception. Men's bathroom was completely unacceptable, food came out room temp -warm at best. I just didn't have the time to go back and ask for a refund. I had to get driving. The lady that took my order was nice and the service was reasonably fast but that's it. Maybe understaffed. I don't know.

could have went to the waffle house across the street and actually got our food in a reasonable time, we’re traveling and wanted a quick bite to eat but there’s nothing quick about this mcdonald’s, had to walk into the store after ordering in the drive through and being parked 30 minutes waiting for mcdonald’s, they forgot us , and it wasn’t just us almost everyone that came through had to wait 30 minutes or more

The restroom here was the worst smelling thing I have ever experienced and I have worked at a wastewater treatment plant. I do not trust ordering food from a place that does not keep its facilities clean. The owner needs to take some action. This was not a stench that developed over a few day.

40 minutes to get five drinks and one hash brown. The lobby was filthy. The restrooms were beyond gross. The staff had an attitude about anybody that wasn't very dark skinned. My order was delivered is just the hash browns pulled receipt and showed that there was supposed to be five drinks. You would have thought that I asked her to pay my mortgage or something. She took and brought cups which was fine except for the coffees which are only behind the counter at she wouldn't. There were no lids. There was no napkins. There were no straws in the lobby at the employee ended up throwing away my receipt so that I couldn't point out additional things that were wrong with the order.

Garbage customer service. Servers didn’t even ring customers up, you had to use the kiosk to order. The drive thru was the only focus. Customers were flying through the drive thru. We waited 30 minutes for 3 egg McMuffins and when we asked where our order was, the server immediately snapped at everyone and said to wait it’s coming “I’m doing my best”. That’s sad that that is your best. Don’t come if you’re hungry and wanting to eat fast.
