McDonald's

Had to go low on this review because I requested 'fresh cooked' food due to having to travel a bit with it. I don't mind waiting when asking for this BUT if I wait for fresh cooked food, that's what I expect to receive. I shouldn't have to check my order at the counter to be sure I got what I requested. Having worked in the business, I understand there are 'recently' cooked items that need to be used quickly but that's NOT what I asked and waited for.

Pulled thru the drive thru at 1:15. Had to wait to order on vehicle next to me for about 5 minutes (even after they pulled around still had to wait ). Had 4 cars behind me and none in adjacent lane. Car in front of us was pulled forward to wait on their food. We ordered 2 combos with 2 cheeseburgers, a fry and a drink. We were also pulled forward. Waited 12 minutes before they brought our food out. None it if was hot or even really warm. Not sure what we were waiting on. They also pulled several other cars forward while we were waiting. About 3 had gotten their food and left before we got ours. I didn't realize, but she also made our combos large without asking, which really up charged them and they were not even good. I didn't notice this at the time.

This is the absolute slowest maccies I've ever visited. Not only is drive thru excessive, but do not go in and order unless you have at least an hour to spare. Took them 45 minutes to get my order ready which was just a big mac meal. No excuses for this being that it's the third time I've had to wait over 20 minutes for my order, but this time around was by far the longest

This McDonald's by far was one of the cleanest I have ever been in. The staff was pleasant and helpful. These fries were incredibly fresh. All in all a great visit.

Drive thru and two quarter pounders with cheese was perfect. Hot, fresh buns. French fries were awesome. Mc D's in Adairsville is the one!
