McDonald's

Ordered from kiosk in lobby. Did not get a receipt. Since we paid with a credit card, we needed a receipt. When food was delivered to table, asked the server for a receipt. Was advised I would have to go back to register and request one. Went up. Manager tried to find our order and couldn't. Asked what we ordered. I told her. She was looking through something on register. I told her my food was getting cold, so I would go back to table and eat and would pick up receipt when we were finished eating. After eating, went up to get receipt. Did not see the manager. The server I had spoken with previously said they had not located our order, but they could get us a receipt, but it would take a while. Since we had groceries in the car, we had to leave without a receipt. Don't think it was an unreasonable request for a receipt.

I was very disappointed that the shake machine didn’t work. But when I went to sit down, all of the empty tables were dirty. Yeah you can order on the app or order board but we don’t work for you and you can’t make us. I watched other people leave because they were done waiting. How about paying people a living wage so there are enough staff to at least keep the tables clean or do you expect us to it for free? Now I’m adding that my order was wrong. 😟

Unbelievable! I called them and you can't get through there's a recording! They messed up my steak egg and cheese bagel! They put zero unions smh this place needs to get their stuff together ... I have a photo of my sandwich if they need proof!! I'm not here about free food I just want it done right!!

Hands down the worst McDonalds in this area. The Manager on Saturday night was unable to control anything. I waited 40 minutes from my order being taken to actually having to go into the store from the drive through to get my order. My order hadn’t even been started and 6 cars behind me left with their orders. I ordered a chocolate shake and and M&M McFlurry thank goodness I didn’t order anything more! The Manager had the audacity to tell me I was disrespecting her staff when I asked why the young man at the window didn’t make my order whilst I was there instead of waiting until 25 minutes later when I went in Customers inside the store were in the same predicament some had waited as long as me. Not a good advert for McDonalds at all. I understand that they are short staffed and I said that but truly it’s bad management and awful order practices which were not being addressed by those in charge. The poor Manager just isn’t up to the task. And lastly I would point out I was not at all rude at any point just frustrated because it took a so long and nobody but nobody seem to care in the slightest

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru at 9:14pm no one bothered to take our order pulled up to the window employee made eye contact with us and walked away waited another 5 minutes before leaving go to the Wendy’s across the street better service you can’t miss it :)
