Quarter pounder was good. Fries were a bit under seasoned. I ordered my meal via Uber Eats. I made my meal a large, specially for my soda, which I did not receive. 🤨 I'm sure more orders have drinks included, than not. So, I'm willing to bet that it's easier to "forget" to include a drink when it's for pick-up. No repercussions, right? It's OK to serve poor customer service, which I'm sure none of your employees would appreciate, if it were reversed. Something to think about 🤔 A positive change would be appreciated by all of us... your paying customers.

Consumer beware of the so called 24hr sevice!!! If you come here from 12am to 4am there servers are always mysteriously down. They only accept cash. no mobile orders work either. This has happened to me the last 2 times. Before this was never an issue. Also if you do get your order in at night expect to get soggy cold fries and a raw quarter pounder! Also there food during the day lunch hours are a either hit or a miss. Went through the line. Ordered a sprite. I pay. After paying was informed they don’t have sprite - they offered other drinks, but i wasn’t interested. No refund… they just took my money.

If Justin I'd the best option for manager we have a problem. The lack of care, the SLLOOWWW response, and my overall poorly "managed" experience falls on him. I stood in line for 7 minutes before even being acknowledge. I then waited 11 more minutes for a happy meal I had already ordered on app 15 minutes prior. Then, after handing me happy meal with ZERO eye contact, no drink and no sauce I waited longer--- just to get MAJOR attitude about drink. Like..it's McDonald's...I don't expect much but holy moly :/

I was very happy with the lady very nice and she even went out of her way and made My two dogs Pup cups tails were wagging and that is called A1 customer service =]
