Food is hit or miss. That’s tho, they always make it right. However today I’m in drive thru as we speak. They are parking everyone who comes thru the drive thru with very minimal curbside/drive thru waiting parking areas… I get the time thing is wanted to be low but not like this when everyone is parked and one guy has to drive around he was there for a long time they forgot his order. And they forgot what size our fries were. However the girl who brought our stuff out was real nice and great! She and other people like her is what brings me back. And food was banging this time minus fries but that’s okay 😂
Surprised to see a non service dog inside in a stroller. Service dogs provide a service that don’t include emotional support. Service dogs are very trained and well mannered and are supposed to have all four feet on the floor or attached to their handler. There is no such thing as a service dog being zipped up in a stroller where they can’t task for the owner.
Double filet-O-fish at the drive-thru. Ordered a double, at the first window the order was read as a single filet. I politely told the employee it was a double. Anyway, they pulled the bun off and added another piece of fish. The bottom half of the large fries was stale, while the top half was hot and fresh. I feel that was intentional. I feel duped.
I usually eat inside in the weekends. No employees wear gloves and trash was every where in the back. I know they are rushed but that's unacceptable. And we stood there for 30 minutes waiting to get checked out at the front register...I get it it's the weekend shift but this is poor management. When I worked as a fastfood employee back in the days when I was 16 always made sure the work environment was pleasant for both the workers and customers even during rush hour. I wouldn't recommend coming here on the weekends.
I used mobile ordering for counter pickup. When I went in to get my food, I stood for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged at all. When a service person did engage with me, it turned out my order had been taken from the counter by someone else. They immediately replaced it with no problem, but part of my original order was sold out woth the last being in the stolen bag. While it was immediately corrected, that seems an easy issue to prevent with an obvious solution. If I use mobile again, ill pick up via drive thru but it was definitely aggravating.
