McDonald's

we had to throw away the rest of the food. The food at this McDonald's is terrible and disgusting. It's the most disgusting thing he's ever eaten before. I'm very angry, I hope they give me my money back! because it was disrespectful. We couldn't turn back because we were passing through, traveling and we couldn't go back. I'll call it the Bad Donalds. because the quality has decreased. I requested freshly made fries and nuggets and the nuggets were stiff! stiff as a stone 🪨 and cold! 😡😡. The potatoes full of oil, refried and cold, very disgusting and still raw. the hamburger bun 🍔 burnt! and unpleasant tomato. and they did not place the pickles that I had requested. I hope they can give me my money back! because it's the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten at this restaurant before. The very bad work team took a while to give us that refried food that was cold and stiff as a stone and it took us inside the establishment for 17 minutes 😡. Desagradable! Tuvimos que botar el resto de comida ! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Unbelievable.. I just stopped to get some food from clarksville. Ordered 2 mc chickens and a 2 cheeseburger meal. Get all the way back to the house in Knoxville and my two burgers had no meat on them. Of Course I try to call to complain no on answers the phone. How hard is it to assemble not make a burger. And these kids are making how much an hour? I'm never going back and suggest all you do the same.

This place constantly goes down hill, they need to hire better managers and train employees better and hold them accountable. Every time i go in there the employees are too busy playing around or flirting with each other to work/serve customers, and the drive through they always make you pull up and wait even if you ordered one plain cheeseburger... its ridiculous

I went inside McDonald's to order an ice cream cone. I told the boy that I wanted to order an ice cream cone before he scanned my order. I had a code which was to get 50% off an ice cream cone. I had my code pulled up on my smart phone and the boy said he needed to scan the order. He scanned my order on my phone and then told me the ice cream machine was broke. That took my deal off, and I couldn't order any other deal. It comes up and says already used deal and want let you pick another deal. I asked for the manager. Her name is Katrina . She said I would be able to use another deal within 15 minutes, but that was a lie. I asked her if I could get something to replace the ice cream cone, but she refused. The place needs to be turned in to the McDonald's headquarters right away. Many of the employees are messed up mentally. You tell them what you want to order, but they want listen to you. Rude!!

I absolutely LOVE the workers & the manager Janine. She's funny, nice & is a hard worker. She needs a raise. They have some young workers, but I've seen them work so hard & for them to be as young as they are, you don't find or see that much any more. But, I DEFINITELY recommend stopping into this place. As I'm sitting here eating my breakfast, which was really good btw, I see them working together, not separately. Which really makes things run smoothly. I got mad respect for them.
