McDonald's

We came to this location during a road trip specifically because it had a play place. Bummer that any pics were old, because they definitely downsized the play area. Also didn’t seem to have AC running in that area. Food and service were fine. Bathroom was decently clean.

Came up to the speaker and had a nice gentleman answer felt kinda rushed though . Came around to the window the guy playing on his phone . And then came to the last window no hello no thank no nothing . Everything seemed fine until I got home and I realized my sandwich was raw. So I tried calling and no answer . No authority here at all. Being from someone who’s been there this was a disappointment.

The kiosks were all closed. We waited at the front counter listening to someone loudly talk about people calling in needing to call him. 2 different employees looked at us and no one ever spoke. We were the only customers at the counter. We eventually left having not even gotten to order our breakfast.

I used gift cards to make the purchase, and I don't know why the cashier asked me where I got the cards from. I told her that you have to pay for the gift card before you can use them. She then said I don't know, I think someone gave them to you. I repeated, you have to pay for them in order to use them.... Haven't had McDonald's in years, and after that, I'm probably not going back.

The line was very slow moving. I ordered a Big Mac meal with extra sauce and large fry and Coke. When I opened the Big Mac the whole box was swimming with special sauce to the point it fell on me. I tried to call and talk to the manager about this but nobody answered the phone. I have called multiple times with no answer.
