McDonald's

It was probably hard to keep up, but the floors were dirty, and there was some, not a lot, but some trash on the floor. The server was okay. I do like the hot and spicy chicken sandwich!

Stopped there yesterday with my grandkids used the kiosk to order 6 happy meals a employee was giving us a dirty look than when the food came no sauce with any of the happy meals so my wife went up to the counter and asked for some sweet and sour sauce the employee tried to charge us 50 cents a piece and the employee was very disrespectful to my wife and then smarted off after she walked off my wife was not rude to anyone come on McDonald's you can do better but I will not eat there no more and I will encourage others not to eat there either.

This McDonald's is wonderful!! The employees are so very nice and helpful. They are wonderful!! The food is great!! We can't say enough good about this McDonald's. We love doing business with this McDonald's!!!

McDonald's needs to get rid of the kiosks! I HATE them. I'm still paying the same price for no customer service. They are not intuitive but are confusing. There are no napkins or straws available, we had to ask for them. I had to reassemble my big Mac, one of the "meat" patties was folded in half. Overall we hated our experience at this McDonald's.

Tonight waited at the drive thru to be acknowledged for over 2 minutes. Then was told no "can't do that" when I attempted to order something they no longer have yet it is on the menu board. I had to ask him to explain why he couldn't let me order it. Pull up to get my food and they only gave me half the order and I had ro ask them to come back to the window and give us the rest. Then the chicken sandwich was missing the CHICKEN. I had to go back in again at this point.
