McDonald's

You know it's McDonald's is always fast and fresh and if it wasn't oh well its McDonald's not a Michelin 5 star restaurant.

Need friendlier drive trough employees. I had to edit my review I decided to try again and it was even worse. They screwed up our order and when we asked them to fix it they were bothered. When we get home the order is still wrong.

They were out of soft drinks totally get it. I had coupons for the meals they wouldn't let me use, although they gave me sweet teas rang me up for those so meals. Then I was waiting at the pickup window and I saw the girl filling the cup up with unsweetened iced tea and I said oh no we asked for the sweet and iced tea she said oh yeah they're sweet tea in here they're just labeled wrong but it was unsweetened iced tea I asked to speak to the manager she said that there was nothing that they could do about it that they were told that because they can't punch in soft drinks on their register they can't take any coupons. She was very very rude. Again I understand running out of things but you usually still accommodate the customer it's not like okay you're just out so now you have to pay more for everything then they wouldn't charge me for the meal so they wanted to charge me for everything separately and it ended up being a lot more just made no sense

I bought a happy meal, which contains only four chicken nuggets, a toy and an apple slice. The staff were very rude and told me to go back and get them when I asked why only these? I was wondering why you guys didn't make sure to put everything in there beforehand, it wasn't about money at all, I felt like I was being treated as a fool. When I tried to discuss this with the manager, it felt like the manager was speaking for the employee. The dining staff should do their jobs well, I really don't know what they are thinking? Please don't bring emotions from your life to work. The waiter seems to be called Jassmon. The quality is too low. I never leave a comment, really mad!

The staff at this McDonald's is always super friendly. I never have a issue with my order and fries always hot just how I like them. The only issue I had tonight was I ordered a special 10 piece nugget/fries for $10. After a second the young lady tells me they are no longer doing that special. I'm like it's right here posted. She stated she thinks they stopped today but it was too cold to change the sign. If it stopped today the sign should have been taking down the night before or before opening today. It was 9pm already and made no sense. I felt it should be honored but I didn't say anything and let it go.
