Part of my order consists of 2 holiday pies and a large caramel frappe. They told me they are out of pies and if I would like to replace it with a frappe. I don't like mocha so I say "sure I'll take caramel". Lady at the final window makes a large mocha and tries to hand it to me. I told her it's a large caramel. She looks at my order and say it's a mocha. I take it disappointed thinking I made a mistake. No! She is obviously illiterate. My receipt says caramel. So I get small caramel which is what I wanted and a large caramel that I will just throw out.
This place is a bit ridiculous. I get they're busy, I e worked in the industry before, but this is just a disaster. Getting parked for drinks or one sandwich, go inside the self-order machines don't accept payment so you have to go to counter, where NO ONE is paying attention. The people in back are busy laughing and not moving, it's chaos. Needs a better sense of management/leadership because it feels like no one is in charge. Alarms go off for several minutes before being tended to. I'd say if this was a one off experience, fine but this is Everytime. We will go out of our way to not go here now because it's just so bad.
Today the fool wasn't that great. I don't understand why when you ask for something to be fresh. Made to order, it's room temperature. Or below We've all had a mcchicken fresh. And when they are. Boy, they are the truth. But who wants one that chews like rubber? I guess the staff wasn't having a good day today.
It's McDonald's how do you not like them. The only thing I do not like about McDonald's is this new TV kiosk thing. They have one person standing there handing food and a bunch of TVs that everybody's crowded around to try to order. It's just not friendly for somebody in a wheelchair.♿
Twice now I've been going through the drive-thru. I've had cars cut in front of me and when I complain they tell me it's doordash doordash takes precedent.. first of all having somebody order and then get out of line speed up and try to cut in the beginning of the line is an accident waiting to happen.. and if that occurs McDonald's should be held liable.. it's called a moral hazard knowing that something is occurring and not doing anything about it..
