I ordered a burger with no onions with the man at the register. Then he couldn’t ring it in, so he asked a lady to help who said there are no onions on the burgers. So then I ordered from the kiosk. When we got our food, I didn’t have cheese on my burger and the lady asked if I wanted a box of cheese for it 😂 I asked her to please remake it and it came out wrong again. Then I asked again and it was still wrong. My husband’s burger that he had was wrong. They told us the drink machine was off while we were ordering. The play place was really hot and even after the food was made right it was cold and not good. I never write bad reviews, but I won’t take my kids there again.

Food is good. But twice now I’ve placed an order in the app and when I go to pick it up in the drive-thru, they tell me to pull forward and park. I then had to wait over 10 minutes for my food. Both days I was the only person in line. If I order through the app and I’m the only person there why are you asking me to pull forward? They don’t offer any free items or coupons. They just say sorry for the wait.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and said just the sandwich and they gave me just the patty, no sandwich, which isn’t a huge deal but the clerk was very rude and bossy to me about me politely trying to correct my order and even intentionally closed the window in my face when I was trying to talk to her about it. The food itself just sucked and made me feel unhealthy.

Went to the drive-thru today ordered two MC cheeseburgers and two chicken sandwiches. This is about 10:45 in the morning. Everybody standing around inside including the manager who was on her phone while all the other employees were watching her. All the while they said the patties weren't ready so please pull forward. I did so and then walked inside and wash that manager do something on her phone for a long time didn't pay any attention to anybody including the employees. My food was ready to go and sitting in front of her but because she was on her phone she didn't put the stuff in the bag and hand it out for at least 30 seconds. All the while I the stupid customer I'm waiting outside in the heat with my car running burning very expensive fuel. Food was awful once I got it. Never again

The food tasted funny, go figure. And the entire place was so hot inside, especially the play place! I asked about it and they didn’t seem too concerned with changing it. The people were nice at least.
