McDonald's

On a day trip to the Berkshires we made a pit stop at this McDonald's and found it was not very busy, very quiet and very clean. We bought some french fries that were fresh from the fryer and they were quite a treat. Service was relaxed and friendly which made a great atmosphere. It was one of the nicest McDonald's I've ever been in.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever walked in. Out of Coke out of drinks, very few employees to serve. I was with a Bus tour, and it took us so long! Food was not even hot or good!. We all use d the kiosk to order because there was only one person taking orders, and they were very slow. I’ve never seen anything like it in a McDonald’s. Out of food out of drinks, unbelievable. Very few employees as I said to do the work. Waited forever to get our food. I would recommend not eating here!

Stopped for a quick chocolate shake, paid, clerk came back said no chocolate shakes available, could have strawberry or vanilla, so I said strawberry, clerk came back said no strawberry available, so I said vanilla, clerk came back and said no vanilla available, asked if I wanted something else, told her no and was offered refund which I happily accepted. Jeez, what a waste of time!

Nov 25 2023 2:30 pm The absolute worst. No service at the counter and a line of people. Another line waiting for a manager and corporate number to lodge a complaint. They deserve to fail. I walked out with three orhers. Not the first time!

It's McDonalds so everything should be good. Kiosk didn't accept card transaction so had to pay at counter, no problem. But 2 people see you waiting and not even a I will be right with you. Then, a man comes from the cooking area and coughing in his hand and got product. I just walked out. Gross.....
