Didn’t know I ordered ketchup burgers.. when I tell you these things were sopping in ketchup, I mean literally dripping everywhere. I mean I know it’s McDonald’s and not a 5 star restaurant but seriously. 😳

The lady who answered the drive thru was short, disrespectful, and rude with her words. I refused to complete my order. Customer service retraining should be used to follow up to correct this issue. 9/7/23 8:45pm.

Every time I place an order I either missed an item, got the complete wrong order or the extras/changes were incorrect. Meanwhile I drive the extra mile to Pullman Rd. Not using this one again.

Beth doesn't wear gloves while handling food after coming in from outside, when confronted she said she doesn't have to wear gloves... She did not wash her hands after coming in from outside before handing food.

I had ordered three shakes, guy taking my order confirmed back to me three shakes. Upon receiving my order the man at the window only gave me two and after asking him politely if there was supposed to be a third he got angry and told me that I only ordered two. He told me in an aggressive voice “If you want another you can pull around and pay for it. Im not giving you one.” He was probably mid 20’s with arm tattoos. Never felt disrespected like that before and will not be returning.
