I sat in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. It was 6pm, and the lines weren't long, and there was no one in front of me. I went to the first window after no one would answer (I had a mobile order, so they usually tell you to do that anyway).
The girl at the first window was rude, and simply told me to go to the second window. I go to the second window as ordered, and there were 5 employees that I could see that were laughing, eating fries, and ignoring the window. After about a minute, I finally get noticed.
The woman at the second window looked annoyed, put down her fries that she was eating, and came to help me. She was nice, but very obviously bothered by the fact that she had to help me.
This isn't the first time this restaurant has had slow service and lazy employees. I've worked in good service. I know it's hard. But that isn't an excuse for this. I won't be returning.
Re heated trash food. I waited twenty minutes or so and my fries were soggy and refried. Quality is not there for this franchise. Elm Springs Rd and Robinson locations got them beat by a long shot.
Came in today during lunch time, I understand this was during a busy time but when ordering the person taking my order was very rude, short with me & would interrupt me taking my order. Never gave me a receipt so I was unable to do a survey. I went to the second window and they gave my my food and drink but when I got my food there was hairs in my fries, my Chicken nuggets were cold and stale & the overall experience was just terrible. I’ve had an issue with this same McDonald’s before, but it seems like management just never enforces anything.
This McDonald’s has potential, but needs better service night shifts on the weekends. If they know they get busy, hire more employees, have your credit card machines working losing clientele , faster service long lines and no one getting helped or cars moving.
Made the mistake of stopping here on a Friday night, never again. People bringing in outside food and just hanging out far outnumbered paying customers and the management seemed to not care. Fifteen minutes for two Sundays, and two drinks since you can't fill your own cups anymore. Now I see why drive thru is always backed up.
